针对质子治疗装置中主环动态电源多平台能量的引出需求,研制了基于开源平台的高速实时动态电源控制系统,该控制系统以开源平台Beaglebone作为顶层硬件接口,以现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)为核心的控制器作为底层硬件接口,采用分布式的实验物理及工业控制系统(EPICS)进行远程控制。该系统可实时传输任意动态电源的输出参考电流波形数据,并结合定时系统与联锁系统,控制动态电源按预设电流波形进行输出,并实现多平台能量的引出。实验结果显示该控制系统能实现每秒最高十万条指令传输,百万次数据传输零误码率。同时,该系统结构灵活、扩展性强,可作为通用控制平台。  相似文献

Abstract

Thermo-responsive polymers have attracted much attention in recent years because they can provide a variety of applications for smart devices, but the lack of sufficient mechanical properties and late response rate of the polymers limit their applications. In the current work, we fabricated polymer nanocomposites made from poly(vinyl methyl ether) and nanofillers with photothermal conversion property such as graphene oxide, antimony tin oxide nanoparticles, and silver nanoplates. The prepared nanocomposites showed rapidly reversible and reliable transparent-opaque transitions during the repeated heating and cooling processes, suggesting that they can be applied to smart window applications.  相似文献

实验验证了一种通过将氧化石墨烯分散液沉积在长周期光纤光栅的全光控制的相关研究。通过外加的垂直泵浦光的作用,氧化石墨烯吸收泵浦光产生热量,改变长周期光纤光栅的包层模式的相位差,由于热膨胀的作用改变了氧化石墨烯所覆盖部分的光栅周期,使得谐振谱发生了移动,其最大调制深度可达10.6 dB,谐振谱最大可红移12.8 nm。通过实验发现,沉积相同浓度氧化石墨烯分散液的次数影响实验结果,通过在相同光栅的相同位置分别沉积三次,发现沉积三次可以在光纤表面获得更加均匀的氧化石墨烯膜,进行了时间响应的测试,其中沉积三次后的长周期光纤光栅的响应速度可达0.61 ms,沉积多次氧化石墨烯分散液可以在光纤表面沉积得更加平整均匀,从而获得更大的导热性能。  相似文献

In this work, we synthesized the polypyrrole(PPy) modified gold nanoparticles and demonstrated their negligible cytotoxicity in vitro. These nanoparticles have also been demonstrated to efficiently ablate different kinds of tumor cells in vitro under the irradiation of the near-infrared laser. When the PPy modified gold nanoparticles were conjugated with the tumor-targeted molecule of 15P(sequence: SHSWHWLPNLRHYAS), these conjugates displayed hyperthermia effects on the human ovarian cancer cell line SK-OV-3 cells in vitro under the irradiation of near-infrared laser, showing great tumor-targeted treatment efficiency. To determine the potential hyperthermia effect of PPy modified gold nanoparticles or 15P-conjugate on tumor cells in vivo, the SK-OV-3 cells were used to induce the subcutaneous tumor-bearing nude mice. The significant inhibition effects of near-infrared laser mediated PPy modified gold nanoparticles or 15P-conjugate on the tumor growth were observed. These composite results suggest that the 15P-conjugated PPy modified gold nanoparticles exhibit great biocompatibility, particularly tumor-targeted effect and the effective photothermal ablation of tumor cells, which warrants the potential therapeutic value of this conjugate for further application to the in vivo localized tumor therapy.  相似文献

Distortion of nominally planar phthalocyanine macrocycles affects the excited state dynamics in that most of the excited-state energy decays through internal conversion. A click-type annulation reaction on a perfluorophthalocyanine platform appending a seven-membered ring to the β-positions on one or more of the isoindoles distorts the macrocycle and modulates solubility. The distorted derivative enables photoacoustic imaging, photothermal effects, and strong surface-enhanced resonance Raman signals.  相似文献

Near‐infrared emissive (NIR) porphyrin‐implanted carbon nanodots (PCNDs or MPCNDs) are prepared by selectively carbonization of free base or metal complexes [M = Zn(II) or Mn(III)] of tetra‐(meso‐aminophenyl)porphyrin in the presence of citric acid. The as‐prepared nanodots exhibit spontaneously NIR emission, small size, good aqueous dispersibility, and favorable biocompatibility characteristic of both porphyrins and pristine carbon nanodots. The subcellular localization experiment of nanodots indicates a lysosome‐targeting feature. And the in vitro photodynamic therapy (PDT) results on HeLa cells indicate the nanodots alone have no adverse effect on tumor cells, but display remarkable photodynamic efficacy upon irradiation. Moreover, MnPCNDs containing paramagnetic Mn(III) ions, which possesses good biocompatibility, NIR luminescence, and magnetic resonance imaging and efficient singlet oxygen production, are further studied in magnetic resonance imaging‐guided photodynamic therapy in vivo.  相似文献

Upconversion luminescent (UCL) triggered photodynamic therapy (PDT) affords superior outcome for cancer treatment. However, conventional UCL materials which all work by a multiphoton absorption (MPA) process inevitably need extremely high power density far over the maximum permissible exposure (MPE) to laser. Here, a one-photon absorption molecular upconversion sensitizer Cy5.5-Br based on frequency upconversion luminescent (FUCL) is designed for PDT. The unusual super heavy atom effect (SHAE) in Cy5.5-Br strongly enhances its spin-orbit coupling (0.23 cm−1), triplet quantum yield (11.1 %) and triplet state lifetime (18.8 μs) while the potential hot-band absorption of Cy5.5-Br is well maintained. Importantly, Cy5.5-Br can efficiently target the tumour site and kill cancer cells by destroying mitochondria under a biosafety MPE to 808 nm laser. The photostability and antitumor results are obviously superior to that of a Stokes process. This work provides a design criterion for FUCL dyes to realize effective PDT upon a biosafety optical density, possibly bringing more clinical benefits than conventional MPA materials.  相似文献
